Who we are

y=f(x) is a creative technology studio based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We operate this website to present our work and services. You can reach us at hello@yfxlab.com.

Data we collect

This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. We do not run any scripts that monitor your behaviour on this site. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server access logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These logs are used solely for security and operational purposes and are not shared with third parties.

Third-party services

Some pages embed video content via Vimeo. Video players are only loaded when you actively click play — no Vimeo content is loaded automatically in the background. When you play a video, Vimeo may set cookies and collect data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy (vimeo.com/privacy).

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch implementation (AVG), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. As we collect very limited data, most requests can be directed to our hosting provider for server log data. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@yfxlab.com.

Governing law

This privacy policy is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
